- Universal Banking Transformation (Bank Mellat). Ted worked with a team of trainers to design, develop and deliver this two week workshop for Bank Mellat. The workshops were designed to complement the internal change management project to turn the bank into a universal or conglomerate bank - seamlessly integrating the commercial and investment functions. Starting with the Board of Directors, this workshop has been rolled out to the senior managers - with Ted taking responsibility for the Corporate, Institutional and Commercial side of the business.
- How to Manage the Orange Way (France Telecom). Ted also designed and delivered the ‘Train the Trainer’ workshop to complement the programme at a local level. Delivered in France, Poland & Spain
- Management & Leadership (Clement Keys). Ted was engaged by two partners within this accountancy partnership to implement a cultural change at the organisation. The programme was then rolled out to all managers in the organisation. Delivered in the UK.
